About VNS Health

There is a lot of information on our new name and brand below. Here are some of the important details to keep in mind:

• After May 18th, 2022, we will no longer use the name Partners in Care. You will be part of the team at VNS Health Personal Care.
• The care and services we provide to patients, members, and clients will not be changing. Our care and the way we provide that care will stay the same.
• The transition to VNS Health will not happen overnight. It will take time — it will happen over a 12-18 month period. You will be getting new scrub tops with the new VNS Health logo and a new ID card. You will receive more information on when and how this will happen in the coming weeks.

Our organization’s name officially became VNS Health on May 18, 2022. However, not all changes that need to be made to update our logos and branding will happen over night. Here is a timeline for what to expect.
