Important: Please complete all available in-service courses by Friday, November 29: If you do not complete the courses by November 29, you will risk being removed from your cases until they are complete! Note: If you visit the 5 Penn office to complete your in-service courses, you must wear your VNS Health uniform.
Starting Sunday, December 1, masks will be required when you’re with clients: To ensure that all Home Health Aides are wearing a mask, we will be calling randomly selected clients each day to ask if their HHA wore a mask during their visit. Click here for what you need to know.
Reminder: If you are visiting any VNS Health office, please bring your VNS Health ID card with you. All team members must have an ID card for entry into the office. If you are picking up PPE supplies, it is especially important that you have your ID with you. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
No HHA Support Call this week or next week. The next call is Thursday, December 5, at 1:00 p.m. – with special guest, Shawn Bailey-Eddy, Unit Manager for Personal Care. For more information, click here. Hope you can make it!
Supervisor Georgiana Morgan sends a shout out to Home Health Aide Jolanta Lombardo (pictured) for the wonderful praise she recently received from her client’s sister. “I am absolutely grateful and satisfied with Jolanta,” said the client’s sister, also saying that Jolanta provided “excellent treatment and kindness” to her brother. Thank you, Jolanta, for providing excellent care to your client and their family.
