2023 Top Company Objectives

Dear Colleagues,

Thank you all for your tremendous work this year. It was a momentous 12 months, as we took on a new name and branding and expanded the scope of our services. As we near the end of 2022, it’s a time to turn our focus to 2023 and our OKRs for the coming year. The Objectives and Key Results that you’ve all been working toward, individually and as a team, have kept us focused on our strategic goals as an organization throughout the past year — and we want to do even better in 2023.

Our 2022 accomplishments, and the lessons we learned along the way, have been instrumental in helping me and the rest of the leadership team to develop our Top Company Objectives for the exciting new year ahead of us. Our VNS Health 2023 Level 1 objectives are our North Star in terms of how we prioritize our efforts in the days, weeks, and months to come, and I’m excited to share them with you today.

2023 Top Company Objectives:

• Deliver healthcare solutions that are simple to understand, easy to access and meaningful in outcomes.
• Become the obvious choice for clinicians who want to work in home and community-based care.
• Together as One VNS Health, we will transform the way we work to ensure financial sustainability.

You may notice that we have one less objective than we did in 2022. OKRs are about learning, among other things, and we learned that we had too much going on in 2022. We need to be more focused. Narrowing our focus in 2023 will allow us to concentrate on and rally around each Level 1 Objective even more.

Our VNS Health 2023 Top Company Objectives will be featured in the December episode of “20 Minutes with Dan”, and they’ll also be the subject of our next Monthly CEO Zoom Meeting on Tuesday, December 13th. So, stay tuned!
