Position: Staff Aide
Location: Queens
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour, plus medical/dental benefits.
Hours: 40 hours per week, guaranteed
Availability: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., including some weekends

Responsibilities:

Provide support to VNS Health Personal Care team members and clients in day-to-day operations.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Collaborate with HHA Supervisors to ensure efficient service delivery.

Job Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License: Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license
Own a Car: A reliable personal vehicle is required for transportation (reimbursements for mileage are provided)
Willingness to Work Multiple Short-Hour Cases: This job guarantees 40 hours per week, however, hours worked will be distributed onto multiple short-hour cases, so having a flexible mindset is required.
Geographic Availability: Ability to work in the neighborhoods of:
- Bayside, Breezy Point, College Point, Howard Beach, Rockaway Peninsula, and Whitestone of Queens, NY

Qualifications:

HHA Certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
