How to Redeem Your Points Through VNS Health Rewards

You need at least 2,500 VNS Health Rewards points to be eligible to redeem them for gift cards of your choice! Please note that it can take up to a week or more to receive your gift cards after your points are redeemed.

To check your points balance, go to https://rewards.caribou.care/login and log in with your phone number. If you have enough points, follow the steps below to redeem them for gift cards of your choice!

Step 1: On the VNS Health Rewards page with your points balance, click on the button that says “Redeem” at the top and confirm your redemption. Once you click this button, you’ll receive an email with the subject line “Redeem your VNS Health Rewards gift card!” where you can choose your gift cards. (For more details on this process, click here.) Please allow up to 3 business days to receive this email.

Step 2: Once you receive that email, click on the link to select your gift cards, and add them to your cart to check out. It’s like a gift card store!

Step 3: Once you check out, you’ll receive the links to your gift cards by email. This email should arrive shortly after, but please allow up to 3 business days to receive the gift cards that you have picked.
