Important: Attention All Android Phone Users: Immediate Software Update for the HHAx+ App Needed

Dear Team, 

If you have an Android Phone (not an iPhone), you must update the HHAeXchange+ (HHAx+) app to the latest version that can be found in the Google Play Store, if you have not done so already.

The update is required to fix an application error, causing incorrect client addresses to appear. Please update your HHAx+ app to version 26.08.01 from the Google Play Store as soon as possible.

To update your HHAeXchange+ app, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Google Play Store on your phone.
  2. Type in “HHAeXchange+”. 
  3. When the app pops up, click the button that says “Update”. 
  4. When it is finished updating, click the button that says “Open” to go into the app. The issue is now fixed and you will see the correct client addresses for your visits.
