Important: CareConnect is No Longer Used for Shift Booking!

Dear Team,

This is a reminder that VNS Health no longer uses the CareConnect app for new shifts and has been discontinued. To book any shift, you must use the VNS Health Rewards (Caribou) platform.

If you have not done so already, please complete your profile for shift booking within the VNS Health Rewards platform. You must have your shift booking profile set up to be offered the best cases for you. 

To view your current schedule, please log in to the HHAeXchange+ app.
