Important Information Regarding NYC Office for the Aging Clients

Dear VNS Health Personal Care Team,

On January 1, 2023, VNS Health Personal Care began providing home care services for the NYC Office for the Aging. Our contract with the NYC Office for the Aging states that for every hour of service you provide to an NYC Office for the Aging client, you will now get one Paid Time Off (PTO) hour for every 26 hours worked. Please note that this is only for NYC Office for the Aging clients – it does not apply to how you get PTO hours from any other Personal Care clients.

This change was made in collaboration with – and approved by – 1199 SEIU.
