IMPORTANT: Manual Paper Time Sheets Are No Longer Accepted by Fax

Dear Team:

VNS Health Personal Care is no longer accepting manual paper time sheets by fax as of Monday, March 11. Please do not send time sheets to any previously used fax numbers. The use of any paper time sheets will require you to obtain Supervisor approval and visit the VNS Health office.  

It is important that you follow the acceptable ways to clock in and clock out of all your client visits. There will be a significant delay in processing your paycheck if you do not follow the acceptable ways.  

As a VNS Health Personal Care team member, you are required to clock in and clock out of your client visits by only one of two acceptable ways:

  1. By using the HHAeXchange (HHAx) mobile app on your mobile phone.
  2. By dialing in using your client’s phone. (It is very important that you DO NOT use your personal cell phone when using the dial in method to clock in and clock out from your client’s home.)

Please begin using the HHAx app on your phone or make sure that your client(s) have a working telephone that will be available to use for clocking out. If you need help downloading the HHAx app, click here.

If you do not have the HHAx app on your phone and choose to dial in with your client’s phone, please keep in mind that you should NOT ACCEPT A CLIENT CASE who does not have a phone, or who will not allow you to use their phone.

Again, paper time sheets can no longer be submitted by fax as of Monday, March 11. Please do not send time sheets to any previously used fax numbers. The use of any paper time sheets will require you to obtain Supervisor approval and visit the VNS Health office.
