Important Reminder! Starting This Saturday, February 3, 2024, Personal Care Will No Longer Accept Manual Paper Time Sheets

Dear Team:

Starting this Saturday, February 3rd, 2024, manual paper time sheets will no longer be able to be used for billing. Therefore, you will be required to clock in and clock out of your client visits by one of two ways:

  1. By using the HHAeXchange (HHAx) mobile app on your phone
  2. By dialing in, using your client’s phone. (It is very important that you DO NOT use your personal cell phone when using the dial in method to clock in and clock out from your client’s home)

Please begin using the HHAx app on your phone or make sure that your client(s) have a working telephone that will be available to use for clocking out.

If you do not have the HHAx app on your phone and choose to dial in with your client’s phone, please keep in mind that you will not be able to accept a client who does not have a phone, or who will not allow you to use their phone.

If you attempt to use the HHAx app and encounter a problem, first log out of the application and log back in again, if this does not work, log out and restart your phone. If you’re still having issues, please contact your supervisor as soon as possible.
