Please Read: As of Monday, June 9, the Private Pay Services Phone Number is No Longer Being Used

Dear Team,

We would like to let everyone know of an important change that is being made in Personal Care. As of Monday, June 9, the Certified Services Unit and Private Pay Services Unit will be combined into one unit to help streamline our operations. As a result of this change, the 855-205-4968 phone number will no longer be available. If you need to reach your Personal Care supervisor, or for any other reason, please call 212-609-4442. All other processes for your job remain the same and you’ll continue to work with your supervisor as you have been doing.

Please note that because of these changes, we have also updated the call options, so be sure to listen carefully to the recording for the options when you call. (For an updated listing of the call options and step-by-step instructions for how to reach the Personal Care teams, click here.)
