Reminder: Get Your Flu Shot with New York Best Medical or Sign a Flu Declination Form by Monday, December 1!

Flu season is here, and getting your flu shot helps protect you and the people you care for every day. Many of our clients are older or have health conditions that make the flu especially serious. You can get your flu shot through New York Best Medical who has been reaching out to schedule free flu shots for all HHA team members – please be sure to attend your appointment! All team members must get their flu shot by Monday, December 1.

If you choose not to get a flu shot, you must then sign a flu declination form and send it to the Personal Care team by Monday, December 1.

Everyone, whether vaccinated or not, will need to wear a mask once the New York State Department of Health declares flu season.
