Step-by-Step Instructions for Reaching Your Supervisor

To reach an HHA Supervisor:

  • Dial (212) 609-4442 and enter your Supervisor’s extension. You can find your Supervisor’s extension by clicking here.
    • (If the Supervisor does not answer, you will be given the option to leave a voice mail message.)
  • If it’s an emergency or calling off, and no one has returned your call, please call back and dial (212) 609-4442, then dial star ( * ) to be taken to the main menu. When prompted, select 1 to speak with a Supervisor, and then select the team you work for: (someone in one of these groups will assist you).
    • Select 1 for New York City Department of Aging Supervisors
    • Select 2 for Manhattan Unit 2 Supervisors
    • Select 3 for Manhattan Unit 1 Supervisors
    • Select 4 for Queens Unit Supervisors
    • Select 5 for Bronx Unit Supervisors
    • Select 6 for Brooklyn/Staten Island/Russian Supervisors
    • Select 7 for Chinese Supervisors
    • Select 8 for Long Island Supervisors
    • Select 9 for Westchester Supervisors

You can also select the following options to reach other departments in VNS Health.

  • Select 2 for a Payroll Coordinator
  • Select 3 for a Compliance Coordinator
  • Select 4 for Human Resources or the Benefits department
