Supporting You with FAQs About Immigration Matters

Dear Colleagues,

Some team members have asked us how they can support patients, clients and families who may have questions or concerns about government immigration-related activities in New York, and how to respond in certain immigration-related situations. 

In April of last year, we circulated a set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and vetted outside resources to guide team members on how to respond in various situations, including how to answer questions put to you by your patients, members, and clients and their families. We are re-sending these materials here for your reference.
