Use the HHAeXchange App From April 19 – May 1 for a Chance to Win $1,000!

Dear Team:

All VNS Health HHAs who correctly clock in and clock out for at least four visits between Wednesday, April 19th and Monday, May 1st with the HHAeXchange application will automatically be entered into a raffle to win $1,000 through VNS Health Rewards.

Here’s what you need to know to get entered into the raffle:

• You must clock in and clock out using the HHAx app for at least four visits between Wednesday, April 19th and Monday, May 1st
• As part of clocking in and out, you must complete and mark all tasks listed on your client’s Plan of Care in the app for that day

All HHAs who clock in and out with the HHAx app at least four times, including completing all Plan of Care tasks for their client, will automatically be entered into a raffle to win $1,000. A total of 10 winning raffles will be awarded, each for $1,000. (Note: You will only be entered for one raffle. HHAs will not be eligible to win more than one prize.)

Raffles will be drawn during the first week of May. You will be able to watch a video of the raffle drawing at that time.
