Civic engagement matters. That’s why VNS Health Votes!

Tuesday, November 8th, is Election Day, and early voting has already begun in many states. This year, every Congressional House seat is being decided. In New York State, there are elections for Governor, Attorney General, Comptroller, U.S. Senator (one of two), and every state legislator (State Senate and Assembly). Depending on where you live, there may be ballot measures and judicial or other local races to decide.

Participating in the election is an opportunity to make your voice heard. VNS Health urges every employee who is eligible to exercise their right to vote.

No matter where you live and vote, you can visit VNS Health Votes for your voter registration status, voting location and hours, candidates, and other helpful resources. State law allows employees who are registered to vote in New York State and who do not have sufficient time to vote outside of working hours to take off up to two (2) hours with pay to vote in person on Election Day.
