Food Assistance
Feeding Westchester maintains a resource finder for food and housing support and a mobile pantry schedule.
Family Support
Know your eligibility of receiving family assistance through the Westchester County Family Assistance website which can be found at https://socialservices.westchestergov.com/family-assistance. Some families may be eligible to get benefits for up to 60 months.
Childcare

You can also relieve your stress with a Child Care scholarship if you’re a first responder and essential worker living in Westchester on the Child Care Council of Westchester website: https://www.childcarewestchester.org/about/news/item/200-child-care-scholarships-for-first-responders-and-essential-workers?fbclid=IwAR3_eK84bgJB98ENKUBoOFWgP6uBqp6sBD-FuXKjvPkMe3y3at4xNJUARBI. Housing
Find resources about Temporary Housing on Westchester’s Homeless Service resources page at: https://socialservices.westchestergov.com/homeless-services. Here you can get information about shelter facilities, transitional residences and emergency apartments.
Get information about equal, affordable & accessible housing opportunities for all Westchester residents on the WRO website available at https://wroinc.org. You can also get answers regarding the federal eviction moratorium under this special time.
Mental Health/Health Care
Get assistance with your medical expenses through the Westchester County Medical Assistance website available at https://socialservices.westchestergov.com/medical-assistance. Here you can get resources, such as eligibility, service area and program options.
