Task code update: Some of the questions on the task code list have been changed. It is important that you read each question carefully and mark all tasks that are listed on your client’s Plan of Care with a checkmark or X when clocking out. For tasks 401 – 417, please answer these questions as accurately as possible, as they ensure the proper follow-up care is provided from our nursing team.

The client called to express his gratitude to the entire team for their assistance, but he wanted to especially highlight how “wonderful” Janice was. Thank you for all your help!

Is it allergies, a cold or the flu? How to tell the difference

Since colds, allergies, and the flu can have many of the same symptoms, it may be hard to tell the three conditions apart. While all three can cause sneezing, coughing, and runny nose, there are also some symptoms that can help tell them apart. For example, the flu is more likely to cause fever, a cold is more likely to cause a sore throat, and allergies are more likely to cause itchy, watery eyes.
