Important reminder about clock in and clock out requirements for client visits: As required by federal law under the electronic visit verification (EVV) program, you are required to clock in and out of your client visits, which can be done in only two acceptable ways: by using the HHAx app or by dialing in using your client’s phone. You can help keep your clients, your family and yourself healthy during flu season by wearing a mask when you’re with clients. We will be calling randomly selected clients each day to ask if their HHA wore a mask during their visit.
