Keep using the HHAeXchange app for your client visits! From Saturday, July 1 through Thursday, August 31, you will now earn a 125 point ($1.25) bonus each time you successfully complete a client visit with HHAx, including clocking in AND clocking out.
Don’t forget! You can now earn up to 50,000 points ($500) for referring someone you know to work as a Home Health Aide at VNS Health! Supervisor Anthony Robinson sends a shout out to Home Health Aide team member, Leezel Barry (pictured), for the praise she recently received from a patient. The patient wrote in to say that Leezel “provides the excellent care I really need, and is simply a joy”, also adding that, “she is loving, caring, and compassionate, and is extremely honest and trustworthy.”
How to contact your supervisor or other Personal Care team member
Need to reach your supervisor or another member of the Personal Care team but don’t know their extension? Just call 212-609-4442 and then dial star ( * ) to be taken to the main menu. Once you get to the main menu, you can direct your call to the team you need to reach by selecting from the following options:
–Dial 1 for Supervisors
–Dial 2 for Payroll
–Dial 3 for Compliance
–Dial 4 for Human Resources and Benefits
