Here’s the latest issue of Your News This Week. Published weekly, this newsletter is dedicated to our Home Health Aide team and includes what you need to know each week.


Complete your in-service courses to stay in compliance! There are currently six in-service courses available to take in CareConnect. It is important to complete all six courses by Tuesday, March 31st to stay in compliance. These courses are required by New York State to maintain your certification and to continue working on your current client assignments. Thank you for completing your courses now!

They do an amazing job working together as team and making sure each client gets the service they need each day. Help keep your clients, your family and yourself healthy during flu season by wearing a mask when you’re with clients. We will be calling randomly selected clients each day to ask if their HHA wore a mask during their visit.
