Supervisor Xiomara Alvarez sends a shout out to Home Health Aide team member Cecilia Altagracia Santos. A client’s daughter wrote in to share her appreciation for Cecilia, who has been caring for her mother for 6 years.“Over time, Cecilia has become more than just a caregiver to us, she truly feels like part of our family,” wrote the daughter. “Her compassion and reliability have given me a level of trust that is very difficult to come by when caring for a loved one, and I am deeply grateful for that.” Thank you, Cecilia, for building such a wonderful and impactful relationship with your clients and their families!
How to keep yourself safe while working
