Supervisor Xiomara Alvarez-Palacios sends a shout out to Home Health Aide team member Cordelia Henkis (pictured). “Cordelia is a trooper, always going above and beyond,” says Xiomara. “Even though Cordelia lives in Brooklyn, she doesn’t mind working in the Bronx. For more than three months before the pandemic, she willingly took this on, working an 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. schedule and always arrived at the patient’s home by 7:30 a.m. You are an excellent team member – thank you, Cordelia!”
