Instructions for How to Manage Changes Made to HHAx App

Dear Team, 

A change was recently made in the HHAx app that now requires all tasks in a client’s plan of care be marked with the checkmark or with the X when you are clocking out of the visit. The app no longer allows you to leave a task blank. 

  • If you performed a task that day, you should mark it with a checkmark
  • If you did not perform a task, you just need to mark it with an X.
  • If you mark a task with an X, you then select the reason for why you did not perform the task. 

It is very important that you mark every task listed on the plan of care before clocking out.
