When to Answer ‘Yes’ and When to Answer ‘No’ for the Value Based Care Questions (Task Codes #401 – #417)
We know that sometimes it is difficult to determine if you should answer ‘YES’ or answer ‘NO’ for each of the Value Based Care questions (task codes #401 – #417).
