Going Above and Beyond in Suffolk County!

Many thanks to HHA team member Edith Richard-Louis for always being so positive about providing her compassionate, expert care to patients in Suffolk County!

It is very important that you mark every task listed on the Plan of Care in the HHAx App before clocking out.

The HHAx app requires that all tasks in a client’s plan of care be marked with the checkmark or with the X when you are clocking out of the visit. The app no longer allows you to leave a task blank.

• If you performed a task that day, you should mark it with a checkmark

• If you did not perform a task, you just need to mark it with an X.

If you mark a task with an X, you then select the reason for why you did not perform the task. For more information, click here.
