February is Heart Month! Take care of your heart and yourself!

The American Heart Association suggests following these Life’s Essentials 8 habits for your overall health and well-being. This week, we’re featuring another one of these habits:

Be more active. Adults should get 2 ½ hours of moderate or 75 minutes of vigorous physical activity per week. Kids should have 60 minutes every day, including play and structured activities. Click here for a tip sheet to learn ways to be more active.
