Supervisor Jennifer Luciano sends a shout out to Home Health Aide team member Desmond Asare (pictured) for his quick action to use CPR to save his client’s life—the family of the client was incredibly grateful to you, and we are all so amazed and proud of you for your efforts! The daughter of Desmond’s client also wrote in to say “how amazing he has been with her father. Words just aren’t enough to express how grateful my family is to him.” She added that “Desmond is truly one in a million” and wanted to recognize his “outstanding and heroic efforts.”
Important reminder to clock in and out with the HHAx app or with your client’s phone
Starting Saturday, February 3, manual paper time sheets will no longer be able to be used for billing. It is important that you begin using the HHAx app on your phone or make sure that your client(s) have a working telephone that will be available to use before this date.
