Supervisor Yanely Polanco sends a shout out to HHA team member Sonia Ayala for consistently demonstrating what it means to care with compassion and dedication. “Years ago, when we needed a Hospice HHA for a very young patient, I reached out to Sonia. Without hesitation, she immediately said yes. She understood that the young patient needed her more than anyone else, and that selfless decision has always stayed with me,” states Yanely. “More recently, after losing the vision in one eye, Sonia has continued to show up every day with the same commitment and positive attitude. Her strength, resilience, and unwavering dedication to her clients are truly inspiring. Thank you, Sonia, for everything you do!”
