Richard’s client called to say that Richard has “been a lifesaver and a true inspiration” because of his “positive attitude.” The client added that he has “literally changed the outcome of my daily life.” Thank you, Richard, for having such a wonderful impact on your clients!

Client safety reminder! It’s time to check batteries in any PERS devices, smoke detectors, and C02 detectors in your client’s home.

It is important to make sure that if your client has any PERS devices, smoke detectors, C02 detectors or any other battery-operated safety devices in their home that the batteries are working properly. To make sure that they are, VNS Health recommends checking and testing these batteries every 3 months. If after checking a battery, it is determined that the battery is low, please change the battery to ensure proper functioning of the device or detector.
Thank you for your help in keeping our clients safe!
