This patient is a “VNS Health fan for life” because of you!

A patient recently wrote in to applaud Home Health Aide team member, Murlin Kyte. Murlin has been caring for the patient for over two months, while recovering from surgery. And while the patient noted that “everyone who cared for her from VNS Health was excellent,” she said that “Murlin wins the prize for exceptional caregiver. She is compassionate, intelligent, positive, professional, protective, and wonderful company.”

It is very important that you mark every task listed on the Plan of Care in the HHAx App before clocking out.

The HHAx app requires that all tasks in a client’s plan of care be marked with the checkmark or with the X when you are clocking out of the visit. The app no longer allows you to leave a task blank.

• If you performed a task that day, you should mark it with a checkmark

• If you did not perform a task, you just need to mark it with an X.

If you mark a task with an X, you then select the reason for why you did not perform the task. For more information, click here.
