Supervisor Josephine Smith sends a shout out to Home Health Aide team members Paula Seymour (pictured left), Jemma Bazil (pictured center), and Tijndaal Gwendolien (pictured right) for the wonderful service provided to a hospice client who was transitioning to our 24-hour care. The client’s son called to say that he “could not be happier with the service, coordination, caregivers, VNS Health support, and his mom’s transition” to our care. Thank you for providing expert care, making the client and her family happy, and for ensuring a smooth transition.
