Congratulations to the 10 HHAx App Raffle Winners!

Thank you to all Home Health Aide team members who participated in the VNS Health Rewards raffle to win $1,000! In total, there were over 1,500 HHAs who qualified for the raffle. The 10 winners were then chosen randomly. Congratulations to Birsen Ilnem, So Hong Low, Doreen Watkins, Jonelle Henry, Dawn Lowe, Pagdame Lendi, Linchpin Nuve, Suiyi Zhao, Kamla Ramnauth, and Lihua Zhou. And thank you to everyone who is using the HHAx app to clock in and out of your client visits and helping to ensure accurate documentation of your exceptional care!

Click here to see all 10 winners and watch the video of the raffle drawing.

It is very important that you mark every task listed on the Plan of Care in the HHAx App before clocking out.

The HHAx app requires that all tasks in a client’s plan of care be marked with the checkmark or with the X when you are clocking out of the visit. The app no longer allows you to leave a task blank.

• If you performed a task that day, you should mark it with a checkmark

• If you did not perform a task, you just need to mark it with an X.

If you mark a task with an X, you then select the reason for why you did not perform the task. For more information, click here.
