Supervisor Yeni Batista sends a shout out to Home Health Aide team member Bolanle Ayinde for the care and compassion she recently provided to a patient. The patient was incredibly thankful for Bolanle, saying that she is “exemplary in her line of work,” and adding that Bolanle “has lifted her spirits and well-being mentally and physically.”
How to clock out when no Plan of Care is in the system for your client
If the Plan of Care is missing from either the HHAeXchange app or in the system when clocking out by your client’s telephone, you need to follow these steps to successfully clock out.
